Adjust the bio-based ratio according to customer needs, optimize the degradation cycle and mechanical properties through laboratory melt blending technology, and ensure compliance with international certification standards such as EN13432 and ASTM D6400
Film blowing molding process
Using a multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine, the film thickness (0.01-0.05mm) and uniformity are precisely controlled. After high-temperature plasticization, the film is cooled and shaped. No plasticizer is added. The finished product has strong tear resistance and controllable air permeability, which is suitable for different application scenarios.

Use water-based ink gravure printing, the pattern is clear, environmentally friendly and pollution-free;

Through automatic bag making machine cutting, heat sealing molding, support vest bags, flat pockets, drawstring bags and other structural customization, edge sealing up to food grade packaging requirements.
Quality Inspection and Testing
Batch-by-batch testing of thickness, load-bearing capacity, degradation rate and other indicators, and simulation of industrial/home composting environments by third-party laboratories to verify a biodegradability rate of more than 90% within 180 days, ensuring product safety and environmental protection commitments are true and reliable.
